Job Description

Responsibilities

     1. Forecasting sourcing and ordering
          – Oversees the strategy, planning .and execution of forecasting and ordering of multiple products & SKUs to   
          – Ensure accuracy,cost-efficiency, and reduction of product spoilage or product shortage
          – Oversees sourcing of new products or new sources of products to ensure competitive pricing 
     2. Supplier relationship management
          – Manage and strengthen relationships with key overseas suppliers
          – Facilitate clear communications with key suppliers about the forecast, order, pricing, claims/product issues, and delivery
          – Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing & terms
     3. Customer Service management 
          – Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure operations are run effectively with strong customer satisfaction 
          – Set operational processes and procedures to ensure services are delivered effectively
     4. Sales Support management
          – Manage a team of sales support staff to support the Sales team to maximize sales team time to service customers and close sales
     5. Finance & Accounting
          – Oversee overall accounting discipline
     6. Operational and efficiency improvement
          – Analyze and identify areas to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, improve service turnaround time and reduce costs
          – Created plans and execute those plans
     7. Team management 
           – Manage a team of 5-7 staff and provide guidance, support, and coaching for performance improvement
     8. Senior management reporting and relationship management 
           – Report KIPs and performance to senior management on a regular basis
           – Ensure senior management is aware of key performance issues

Requirements

  • Male or Female 35 – 50
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Management ,Operational Management or Accounting  
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in operational management – with at least 5 years experience managing supply chain with particular focus on forecasting , procurement and customer service 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team of 5 or more
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication , interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong problem solving and strategic-thinking skills including ability to work with many teams and solve  complex’ people problems’ and no just hard technical problems
  • Meticulous , organized , and results – oriented
